A custom set of cornhole boards is sure to add some fun and excitement to your backyard, cottage, wedding or outdoor event.
Each set is built to last using higher quality materials including locally sourced wood. The design is carved into the wood and we fill the carved area with epoxy (colored or clear) to enhance the finish and level the surface of the board. We take extra care in finishing your boards sanding up to a 1200 grit to ensure a smooth and consistant landing zone for the bags.
Whether using a company logo, digital image, family monogram/name, or even just an idea, we can design the perfect board for you.
The design is carved into the wood and then we fill it with a colored epoxy of your choice. Each board is sealed and finished to a smooth consistancy using outdoor varathane to protect against the elements.
We want your boards to last a long time which is why we use only high quality materials and take extra care when finishing each board set.
Here are the materials we use to build each set:
-3/4 inch thick premium birch for the top/surface
-reinforced 1.5 inch thick pine wood brace/box
-varathane outdoor diamond clear coat
-outdoor U/V resistant epoxy
-stainless steel carriage bolts and hardware for the legs
-your choice of wood stain color(s)
